You either love and look forward to the release of the Pumpkin Spice Latte, or you’re one of those people who makes fun of everything pumpkin. I personally, love the pumpkin spice latte but between that and all the holiday food that the fall/winter months bring, I tend to pack on a few extra LBS.
I didn’t even know that Jamba Juice had a pumpkin spice option AND it’s miles healthier. I might have to jump ship and start getting my pumpkin fix at Jamba Juice. Here’s the comparison according to Delish.
A 16 ounce Jamba Juice Pumpkin Spice Smoothie has 280 calories, 23 grams of protein, 29 grams of sugar and only 4.5 grams of fat.
A 16 ounce Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte (with 2% milk and whipped cream) is 380 calories, 14 grams of protein, 50 grams of sugar and 14 grams of fat.
I’d be curious to see what the numbers are with soy or almond milk in the PSL and no whip.
Jamba’s smoothie is made with almond milk, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, chia seeds, whey protein and is back September 7th.
