This is going to be one of those studies that I call BS on. I’m sure drinking 8 cups of coffee with creamer and sugar in it can make you fat but if you’re drinking it just black it can’t be that bad right? I love coffee. I’ve done plenty of cleanses when they’ve told me to cut it out but I won’t.
The smart people have also said drinking coffee can reduce diabetes risks and heart disease. Sooooo I’m confused!!! I guess it shouldn’t matter because I’m stubborn and plan to do what I want anyway. What about you? Is there anything they could say that would change your mind about your cafe intake?
